Chairman of CHNR meets with James Dan Quayle, former Vice President of the United States
Mr. Li Feilie, Chairman of CHNR and Feishang Group, and Mr. Rao Chenghui, Senior Vice President of Feishang Group met with James Danforth Quayle, Former Vice President of the United States, in Hong Kong in the afternoon. Both parties had expressed strong willing of cooperation during the friendly discussion.
Dan Quayle was the 44th vice president of the United States under President George Bush from 1989-1993. He has visited 47 countries as the Vice President of the United States. Dan Quayle graduated from DePauw University in 1969 and received his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis in 1974. Dan Quayle was elected to the United States Congress in 1976 at age 29. He was elected to the United States Senate at age 33. On January 20, 1989 he took the oath of office as the 44th Vice President of the United States at age 41.
Dan Quayle joined the Cerberus Advisory Board in 2000, and currently serves as Chairman of Cerberus Global Investments, LLC, a subsidiary company of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P.

During the meeting, Li Feilie presented Dan Quayle the development status and strategies of Feishang group. Dan Quayle expressed great appreciation on Feishang’s copper smelting technology and copper industry chain, and expressed strong willing of cooperation.
After the meeting, Li Feilie attended the dinner party held by Dan Quayle. Other Hong Kong worthies invited to the dinner party including Mr. Li Sze Lim, the Chairman of R&F Properties Co.; Mr. Ma Haonian, the chairman of Platinum Holdings Company Limited.
Also, Mr. Li Feilie has met with the chairman of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. in Shanghai on March 17, 2007.
